Becoming Vulnerable
As a Family Solution Finder Learning Center you can assist a family in coming back together, again.
The "Together Recognizing Unidentified Stress and Trauma" (T.R.U.S.T.) model will be used for these families to learn the first step.
Our goal is to get them started on this path, then refer them to a licensed professional for family counseling or therapy.
T.R.U.S.T,. Family Unification is a healing pain
Trust is a broad word with many implications. In our realm we see it as a journey, not a starting point. What the first level work needs to include when looking at family reunification is T.R.U.S.T. Together Responding to Unidentified Stress and Trauma. This program breaks down the elements of reunification as practical exercises using a number of models that are recognized and considered empirical proven processes.
T.R.U.S.T. is a process
Our process is more simple than the work is for the family. The models are provided from assessments. Each individual is on their our journey and for this reason our process must follow them where they are with what they need. Therefore, the program is a selection of models and applications with practical exercises and between session will be work required of the family members. The goal is forgiveness.
Being offended walls you in
Our objectives are written in the plan of work and match with the goals that are outlined. A goal of communicating feelings of sorrow or disappointment could be matched with achieving three objectives. These objectives when completed will contribute towards finishing the goal. By defining our objectives we bring clarity to the work that is required to move forward. But all this is for nothing if we hold on to being offended.
Being tired is being real
A T.R.U.S.T. family session takes several meetings. Each meeting feed on the next. Being tired is real and part of the journey. But the journey is towards God, not your own desires. Don't fight the exhaustion, embrace it as being real and spiritual. It becomes your gateway towards letting go and allowing God to take hold in place of you.
